Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST will ship the same day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 p.m., or on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day. We’ll send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

1. Please note, due to UPS shipping regulations, a number of our products are required to ship by ground within the United States. Additionally, these products cannot ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands. If priority shipping is selected upon check-out, you will be notified if one or more of your products are not eligible and the entire order will be shipped via ground shipping.
2. Packages are normally shipped in 4-7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
1. CAN YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
UPS does not usually deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address even if you do not receive regular mail at that address.
2. CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
You will need to create a new order if you would like to ship to more than one address.
3. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
The majority of our packages are shipped by UPS. However some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.
4. DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?
You will not have to sign for delivery unless you tick the 'Signature Required' box in the checkout. However, by not ticking that box you are acknowledging that neither UPS nor LIFELAB are responsible for replacing product in the event that your order is damaged or missing.
5. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?
Unfortunately UPS does not accept special delivery instructions for orders placed through LIFELAB at this time.
